1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Countiq, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use the app in your country and capable of forming a binding contract.
3. Account & Security
Keep your account secure. Do not share credentials or misuse authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans & Billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your store account settings.
5. Fair Use & Limits
We may cap usage (e.g., exports, storage, messaging) to protect service quality for everyone. Attempts to circumvent limits are prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
No reverse engineering, automated scraping, spamming, abusive behavior, or misuse of APIs. Do not upload unlawful content or violate others' rights.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
The app and all associated content are protected by IP laws. You receive a personal, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the app. You own your data; you grant us necessary rights to operate the service (e.g., host, process, back up).
8. Third‑Party Services
We integrate with third parties (e.g., Firebase, sign‑in providers, app stores). Their terms and privacy policies govern their services.
9. No Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms apply subject to mandatory consumer laws in your country. Disputes should be resolved amicably; otherwise before the competent courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
