Is CountiQ free to use?

Does the app work offline?
+Partially. You can view saved data offline, but synchronization and exchange rate updates require an internet connection.
How do I create an account?
+Open the app and choose 'Sign In', then select either Google or Apple login for quick access. Complete the verification process and you'll reach the welcome screen.
Which languages does CountiQ support?
+CountiQ supports Arabic, English, Turkish, French, and German. You can change the language anytime from Settings.
Client Management
How many clients can I add?
+The number varies based on your account type. Check your current plan in Settings > Account Information for specific limits.
Can I use CountiQ for multiple businesses?
+No, each account is designed for one business. For multiple companies, you'll need separate accounts.
How do I add a new client?
+Go to the Home tab, tap the blue '+' button, fill in the client information (name is required, contact details are optional), and tap 'Save'.
Can I edit client information later?
+Yes, enter the client details page, tap the edit icon ✏️, modify the required information, and tap 'Save'.
Transactions & Payments
What types of transactions can I record?
+You can record Income (money received from clients), Expenses (money paid to clients or loans), and Transfers (moving money between accounts).
How do I attach invoices to transactions?
+When adding a transaction, tap 'Attach Invoice', then choose Camera for direct capture or Gallery for saved images. Files are automatically uploaded and linked to the transaction.
Can I use the calculator for amounts?
+Yes, you can write calculations like '100 + 50 - 20' and the app will automatically calculate the result (130).
How do I set payment due dates?
+When adding an expense transaction, you can add a due date for tracking pending payments.
Currency & Exchange Rates
Which currencies does CountiQ support?
+CountiQ supports major global currencies including USD, EUR, SAR, AED, and many more. You can search for any currency in the exchange section.
How often are exchange rates updated?
+Exchange rates are updated automatically from reliable sources. The last update time is shown at the bottom of the exchange screen.
Can I change my base currency?
+Yes, go to Settings > Base Currency and select your preferred currency.
Are exchange rates real-time?
+We provide live rates with minimal delay. Rates may be delayed by providers as noted in our disclaimer.
Reports & Export
How do I generate a client report?
+Enter client details, tap the PDF icon 📄, choose the time period (all time, today, yesterday, this month, last month, or custom), select transaction types, and tap 'Generate Report'.
Can I export data to Excel?
+Yes, CSV export is available from the reports menu, which can be opened in Excel or other spreadsheet applications.
What's included in reports?
+Each report contains account information, financial summary (total income, expenses, balance), transaction table (date, amount, type, payment status), and app watermark.
Where are PDF files saved?
+On iOS: Files app. On Android: Downloads folder.
Account & Security
How do I recover my data if I lose my device?
+Sign in with the same Google/Apple account on your new device and all your data will be restored automatically.
How do I permanently delete my account?
+Contact our support team at support@countiq.net to request account deletion.
Is my data secure?
+Yes, all data is encrypted during transmission and storage. We don't sell your information to third parties, and data is stored on secure servers.
What permissions does the app need?
+Camera (for invoice photos), Gallery (for saved images), Notifications (payment reminders), and Storage (saving reports).
Troubleshooting
Transactions are not showing up
+Check your internet connection, pull down to refresh data, and verify you're signed in properly.
Exchange rates failed to load
+Check your connection, tap the 'Refresh' button manually, or restart the app.
PDF generation is failing
+Ensure you have enough storage space on your device, restart the app, and check app permissions.
The app is running slowly
+Restart the app, check storage space, update the app, or restart your device.
I can't sign in
+Check internet connection, try a different sign-in method (Google/Apple), or clear the app's temporary cache.
Numbers appear incorrect in reports
